VSCode Jupyter Notebook is not opening in Anaconda/conda environment

The Jupyter Notebook extension in VSCode let's you choose the Python environment you want to run. As with the Python extension, this is done from the bottom tab shown in red below:

But sometimes this is not enough and you still get module-not-found errors. In this case you need to also change the environment from the top, shown in red below:
